Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payments

All payments made to EP-Entreprise are one-time payments for professional digital services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Services not delivered as agreed

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Services already delivered
  • Partial completion of a service
  • Requests submitted after the refund window

4. No Automatic Renewals

EP-Entreprise does not charge recurring fees or automatic renewals. Each service must be purchased individually.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in service suspension.
